Je voudrais porter à votre connaissance que les informations suivantes sont fausses et ne sont rien d’autres qu’un système d’arnaque des jeunes africains. Vous pouvez le lire et voir que ceux qui ont mis ces informations sur internet connaissent bien les ce qui est demandé pour la recherche de bourses. Malheureusement, ils ont oublié qu’il y a des altruistes qui veillent au grain. Dans leur communiqué, ils disent que le boursier aura une chambre d’hôtel 5 étoiles pendant son séjour que ce soit au PhD qu’au Master. La bourse est donnée pour les études et non pour aller faire la "java" (Excusez moi l’expression). Nulle part , cela ne se fait. Mème la Banque Mondiale ne donne pas de telles conditions au boursier. Même le Gouvernement américain ne le fait ainsi. Faites très attention à cette information là.

STUDERA SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION WORLDWIDE (S.S.F.W) 2009/2010 DEVELOPMENTAL SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME

STUDERA SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION WORLDWIDE offers scholarship for international students for undergraduate, masters and doctoral degrees, majoring in Administration, Agriculture, Art/Humanities and Engineering, Law, Medical/Pharmaceutical/Health Sciences, Natural and Social Science and Sports. The present program is tagged: 2009/2010 STUDERA SCHOLARSHIP FOR AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT

SUMMARY:
The S.S.F.W provides support for up to eight years of formal undergraduate and graduate levels of study leading to bachelors, masters or doctoral degree. Beneficiaries are selected from countries and territories in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, Russia and Poor Communities. Selected candidates may be sent to study in any university in Africa, America, Asia, Europe, Australia, etc. S.S.F.W’s decision on each candidate’s application and posting is final.

APPLICATION DEADLINE:
The 2009/2010 Studera Developmental Scholarship application continues till available places are filled.

SCHOLARSHIP SPONSOR:
Supported by donations from philanthropists, individuals, foundations and corporations.

WHO CAN APPLY?
The 2009/2010 scholarship program is labeled “STUDERA SCHOLARSHIP FOR AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT”. It is reserved for international students from different parts of the world, who are willing to work in Africa for at least three years upon completion of study.

WHAT AND WHERE TO STUDY/HOST COUNTRY:
Fellows may enroll in undergraduate, masters or doctoral programs and may pursue any academic discipline or field of study that is consistent with the interests and goals of the Studera Foundation. The Foundation currently works in hundreds of fields to strengthen democratic values, reduce poverty and injustice, promote international cooperation, and advance human achievement. Once selected, Studera Foundation International Fellows may enroll in an appropriate university program anywhere in the world, including their country of residence. The program provides placement assistance to those Fellows not yet admitted to any school and refunds those who are already in the university (wishing to complete the course there) all they have spent.

ELIGIBILITY:
Scholar must be very willing to work in Africa upon completion of study. He/She will have to sign a three year contract to work in Africa to contribute towards African Development which is the aim of the 2009/2010 Scholarship Scheme.

UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE: Secondary/High School Certificate/Diploma.(applicants awaiting result can apply and those already in university/college/polytechnic should include academic transcript)
MASTERS DEGREE: Secondary/High School Certificate/Diploma and University/Polytechnic Degree/Diploma.
DOCTORAL DEGREE: Secondary/High School Certificate/Diploma, University/Polytechnic Degree/Diploma and Masters Degree. MUST submit proposals and writing/research samples.
GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THIS SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS:

Full financial support for registration / tuition fees ($3,000 – $60, 000)
Best study conditions will be ensured
Two FREE RETURN AIR TICKETS to and from country of Host University
Monthly living allowances
Five-star hostel accommodation will be provided
Student group medical insurance will be provided
Scholar will have to sign a three year contract to work in any country he/she is sent in Africa to better the lives of the people.
While working, will receive annual salary of U$20,000 – U$25,000 or as decided by S.S.F.W
Scholars will have to reimburse all allowances and expenses made on them if they are unable to complete the course or be incapable to work in Africa upon completion of study abroad.
If found wanting in academics, conduct or in any other way by S.S.F.W, the scholarship will have to be withdrawn and student asked to leave without appeal. If you do not accept this condition, don’t apply.

Leadership potential and commitment to community or national service (provide proof) and/or
Academic excellence and/or
Random selection not minding academic qualifications (multiple entries are allowed) and/or
Written essay (a. How would the study period benefit you and African development? b. Financial reasons for applying for scholarship)

NOTE: Legalization/Notarization Fee which is $80 first copy, $40 additional copy has been subsidized, nevertheless, CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO ENCLOSE ONLY $15 (FIFTEEN US DOLLARS) for Legalization/Notarization, and the rest will be paid by the FOUNDATION. NOTE: After submitting your application by post to Africa, you will be issued an application number within some weeks through the e-mail you provided in your application form. ONLY OUR REPRESENTATIVE IN AFRICA IS AUTHORIZED TO ISSUE APPLICATION NUMBER AFTER RECEIVING YOUR DOCUMENTS. An applicant may have more than one application numbers if he/she made multiple applications, which is allowed.
SECONDLY:

Only candidates screened and shortlisted by our representative in Africa will undergo the final selection process.
Only the applicants fulfilling criterion and are selected will be called and AWARDED THE SCHOLARSHIP, if you are not called, it means that you are not selected in the final selection process, then wait for another session: 2010/2011
