World Bank: Distance Education Costing Toolkit
The World Bank has asked the Open University in UK and the South African Institute for Distance Education (SAIDE) to produce a software tool to help ministries and institutions to evaluate the cost of distance education teacher development in Africa ; and prepare case studies and a bibliography on the topic.
