The International Academy of Journalism now accepting application for the Journalism in the Digital World Fellowship

Are you interested in journalistic forms of presentation on the internet? Would you like to know more about technical production of web content? The International Academy of Journalism offers a ten-month blended-learning training program in digital journalism for freelancers and full-time editorial staff. 

“Journalism in the Digital World”, starting in September 2012, aims to build the technical skills of journalists and to enable discussion on current media ethics issues. 

United Nations Journalism Fellowship now open!

The Dag Hammarskjöld Fund for Journalists is now accepting applications from professional journalists from developing countries for its 2012 fellowship program.

The fellowships are available to radio, television, print and web journalists, age 25 to 35, from developing countries who are interested in coming to New York to report on international affairs during the 67th session of the United Nations General Assembly.

2012 Kurt Schork Awards in International Journalism – Call for Entries

The call for 2012 submissions is now open. The deadline for receipt of submissions is midnight (London time) 31st May 2012. 

Each year a call for submissions is made, usually in the first quarter, and a deadline set for receiving entries. An online entry form is provided on this website during the submission period and details for postal entries are also given.
